Located in South End Charlotte, our apartments offer the freedom and flexibility to transition from college life into whatever comes next. Choose from furnished and unfurnished apartments, flexible lease terms, and a variety of floor plans — all in a neighborhood where you can live, work, meet people, and experience more of the city.

A Place for Whatever Comes Next

Graduation comes with plenty of changes. Where you live doesn't have to be complicated.

Maybe you landed your first job in Charlotte. Maybe you're staying in the city after graduation. Or maybe you're moving here without knowing exactly where you'll be a year from now.

Foster Flats offers 3-, 6-, and 12-month lease options that give you flexibility to settle into Charlotte without feeling locked into what's next. With furnished options available, you can even skip the furniture shopping and start making your new city feel like home from day one.

Still in College? Live Beyond Campus

You don't have to live next to campus to stay connected to it.

Foster Flats puts you in South End Charlotte with convenient access to the LYNX Blue Line, which runs directly to UNC Charlotte's Main Station. That means you can head to campus for class while coming home to everything South End has to offer.

It's a great option for upperclassmen, graduate students, and other college students who want the independence of off-campus living and the experience of living in the city.

Your First Apartment Without Starting From Scratch

Getting your first apartment after college is exciting. Buying a couch, dining table, bed, dresser, and everything else? Maybe less so.

Foster Flats offers furnished apartments that make the transition easier. Move into a space that's already set up for everyday living, or choose an unfurnished apartment if you're ready to make the place completely your own.

With studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans, you can find a setup that fits this stage of your life — whether you're living solo, moving in with friends, or looking for a shared living experience.

Work From Home. Work From Here.

Your first job doesn't always mean going into an office five days a week.

With co-working spaces throughout the community, Foster Flats gives you room to work beyond your apartment. Settle in with your laptop, take a call, or switch up your surroundings when you need a change of scenery.

And when the workday is over, you don't have to go far to switch into off-the-clock mode.

Make South End Your Neighborhood

One of the best parts of life after college? Getting to choose where you actually want to live.

At Foster Flats, South End is right outside your door. Spend your weekends exploring restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, shopping, and entertainment, hit the Rail Trail, or hop on the light rail and explore more of Charlotte.

And with Uptown just a few stops away, you'll have easy access to some of Charlotte's largest employers, entertainment destinations, and everything happening in the center city.

More Than Your First Charlotte Apartment

Foster Flats gives you the space to figure out what's next — without missing out on where you are right now.

Enjoy community amenities including co-working spaces, a rooftop terrace, fitness center, coffee bar, movie lounge, and plenty of places to spend time outside your apartment.

Whether you're finishing college, starting your career, moving to Charlotte for the first time, or simply ready for something new, you'll have a home base designed for this stage of life.
